EU candidate and NATO member. Growing enforcement framework. POA must include company seal or notarization for foreign applicants. Madrid Protocol member.
Kosovo *
Developing IP framework. First-to-file jurisdiction. Kosovo is not a WIPO member state – trademark protection is only available through direct filing with the Kosovo IP Office. Foreign applicants require a licensed local representative.
